Behold 'Golden Days', an EP that brings together all five piano solo singles I've released in 2019! 💛

It was never planned and I never saw it coming. At the end of a little over three months I had all five pieces submitted to distributors. I was startled, surprised and unprepared. It was surreal.

Looking back, I do recall the whole process - the thrill of having those sounds in my head; the drive to let it all out; the relentlessness of unexpected composition... These tracks are very "raw", very close to the original thoughts behind them. There was no agenda, no goal, no interference.

After every release I was left with the inexplicable feeling of having done something beyond myself. I'm not a religious person, it's not that. It's just that I don't usually play the piano. Basically, what you hear is what I play, I don't play much beyond that. I don't know theory, nor know the instrument well enough to improvise.

As a result of that, I became my biggest fan. I listen to the tracks again and again and try to appreciate that it all somehow went through me. I confess it's off-putting at times. Transcendental.

But here we are and it is what it is: an EP, with five piano solos.
